We offer a range of classes for the home baker as well as for chefs.

You will spend one full day hands-on, learning how to bake real sourdough bread with no special equipment so to be able to reproduce the same at home in your own kitchen.

I greatly recommend the Sourdough breadmaking course that Fanny runs. It's very comprehensive and interesting. 

We also got to taste Fanny's own bread in various guises for lunch, so we knew what to aspire to!

The breadmaking is fun and well explained and we all went home with our own beautifully baked bread.

You will never look at bread in the same way again!

This bread making course was such a brilliant thing to do, it was authentic, informative and so much fun. It was such a great opportunity to learn how to not only make the sourdough but develop our understanding of the nutrition, history and value of sourdough bread. Fanny is so knowledgable and was happy to answer any questions we had, she also shared her wisdom on her Kombucha and Kefir, which was fascinating. Shoutout to her husband Paidi for an endless supply of coffee and beautifully cooked food. Thanks again for everything guys! Would 10/10 recommend!
