My son gave me a gift of a voucher for a day course on sourdough bread with Fanny and it was one of the best gifts I have ever received. A fascinating day where we learned not only how to make beautiful sourdough but  also all about its nutritional benefits. With a delicious lunch thrown in too it was a very enjoyable day.
