Having the minimal input but the right conditions to translate the natural goodness of a well bred grain into the most delicious and nutritious loaf.
We offer a range of classes for the home baker as well as for chefs.
You will spend one full day hands-on, learning how to bake real sourdough bread with no special equipment so to be able to reproduce the same at home in your own kitchen.
