About the Event

In this workshop you will learn about heritage wheat varieties and handle samples freshly harvested just 15km from Cork city! We'll show you techniques to make natural, sourdough bread that is not only delicious but also gut friendly and packed with the nutritional components of the grain. You'll taste a selection of our sourdough loaves and wholemeal rye crackers and leave with some dough to bake at home. The event is run by Dr. Fanny Leenhardt-Cohalan and Ben Le Bon.  Ben trained in France as a baker and uses low-intervention breadmaking techniques at Natural Foods Bakery.
